Water board fails to account for billions

The dissolution of the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation Board follows two weeks of hesitation and uncertainty at the Water ministry over the revelation of a scam involving an estimated 10 billion shillings. As NTV’s Dennis Onsarigo reports, it is a tough decision for water minister Charity Ngilu who had in the past defended the corporation’s record and denying that there existed corrupt deals.
