Thirdway Alliance hits 1M signatures in an effort to have a referendum
The quest for a referendum to change the constitution appears to have moved a notch higher with the Third Way Alliance announcing that it will be submitting a bill and more than 1 million signatures it has collected to the IEBC this Thursday. In the bill, the alliance is proposing strengthening of devolution, scrapping of the 290 constituencies and elevation of wards as units of development.
