Wafula Chebukati proposes the separation of election dates in the future
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission wants laws related to elections passed, at least two years before the polls. The IEBC says this will give it time to prepare for elections, and avoid some of the pitfalls it experienced in previous exercises.Commission chairman, Wafula Chebukati, also revealed that the IEBC is now ready to open its servers for scrutiny, as had been ordered by the Supreme Court.
